- 1pound Red Tepary Beans
- 2cups Whole-Kernel Cornroasted
- 2cups Wheat Berries
- 2gallons Water
- 2tablespoons salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large pot at a rolling boil for 4 hours.
